taste: i find them similar to butternut; you can easily make them savory with oil + salt or sweet with butter/coconut oil + cinnamon + honey
where to find them: thus far, i’ve only found them @traderjoes; please comment below if you’ve found them elsewhere!
how to roast them: i use my hands to rub olive oil on both sides then sprinkle with pink sea salt. then roast them **in a single layer** at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, taking them out halfway through to flip each one. do you have a favorite way to roast them? let us know!
