Roasted Delicata Squash

Roasted Delicata Squash

Two words: DELICATA SQUASH

Taste: I find them similar to butternut; you can easily make them savory with oil + salt or sweet with butter/coconut oil + cinnamon + honey

Where to find them: Thus far, i’ve only found them @traderjoes; please comment below if you’ve found them elsewhere!

How to roast them: I use my hands to rub olive oil on both sides then sprinkle with pink sea salt. Then roast them **in a single layer** at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, taking them out halfway through to flip each one. Do you have a favorite way to roast them? Let us know!
