Open faced BMT’s (bacon-mozzarella-tomato) on this stormy night. HOLY COW THEY ARE SO GOOD!!
HERE’S WHAT I DID: I “fried” bacon in the oven, then…simply toasted @bertasbread, added said bacon, added sliced tomato, then the mozzarella. Then (this part isn’t mandatory) broiled for like 2 minutes (watch it closely so it doesn’t burn!). Lastly, I rolled up some basil leaves like a cigarette and julienned them (so fancy, right? ??) and, of course, the finale…BALSAMIC GLAZE. I put it in the photo so you can see what I buy and use on the daily. People of America: Make. This. Sandwich! *total sidenote: see my hand? If I had a dollar for every time I have burned my hand in that exact location, let’s just say I could pay for Nate’s law school ?
Also, since it has bacon, I am thinking you could totally eat it for breakfast ?…maybe even add some eggs!
