This is my favorite thing to bring someone during the holiday season that’s outside of the box, easy AND homemade. All you need is 3 simple ingredients, 1 bowl and a cookie sheet. The key is the butterscotch. People bite in expecting chocolate and the butterscotch addition makes them something different that tastes amazing.

You Will Need

• bag of butterscotch chips
• 1/2 bag-ish of chocolate chips
• 1lb of dry roasted salted peanuts

To Make

1. Put the bag of butterscotch chips and chocolate chips in a bowl.
2. Microwave in 30 second increments and stir until it’s nice and smooth.
3. Get out a big baking sheet and line with parchment paper.
4. Once chocolate is nice and melted, dump peanuts into the bowl and stir in.
5. Once the peanuts are nice and coated in the chocolate, scoop a spoonful amount and plop the cluster on the baking sheet.
6. Make them as big or small as you want. Repeat this until you fill the sheet.
7. Pop the clusters into the fridge or freezer to let them harden for 10 minutes minimum.
8. Take them out of the fridge/freezer and transfer to a container. They will easily lift off the parchment paper.

They don’t need to be refrigerated. Put them in a bag with a ribbon and boom!
