I have been meaning to post this dressing for weeks now and kept forgetting! This is the recipe for my mom’s Maple Mustard Vinaigrette. It’s the one she packaged so pretty and gave out at her Super Duper Salad Bar Supper Party a few weeks back.

She has kindly allowed me to share it with you all!
YOU WILL NEED:
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbs coarse ground mustard
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
TO MAKE:
Mix all together in a bowl or jar. This keeps in the fridge for a good few months! You can also keep out on the counter for a month. *In the fridge the olive oil will harden. That is ok! Just pull the dressing out the morning you want to serve it or run it under hot water. I personally tend to just keep mine out on the counter always.
