Creamy Blueberry Cauliflower Smoothie

created this beauty and it was soooo good i had to share. very few ingredients! the color is unreal and the kefir gave it a lovely little creamy tang

YOU WILL NEED:

  • frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 c kefir
  • 1 c frozen riced cauliflower (raw)
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 banana
  • unsweetened almond milk to desired consistency all blended in the Vitamix

NOTES:

i love the taste banana adds, but you could easily leave it out. i added the avocado for some healthy fats and creaminess. riced cauliflower is so easily hidden in a smoothie and if you don’t have kefir, use plain greek yogurt
