Created this beauty and it was soooo good I had to share. There are very few ingredients! The color is unreal and the kefir gave it a lovely little creamy tang. Enjoy!

This is a fruit and veggie-packed smoothie that my husband, kids, and I can all get behind. With tons of nutrients and fiber, it keeps me full all morning. And the color is a treat!
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup kefir (or plain Greek or regular yogurt)
1 cup frozen riced cauliflower (raw)
1/4 avocado
1/4 banana
Milk of choice, enough to reach your desired consistency (we use almond milk; I start with 1/2 cup and add more as needed)
