First off, many thanks to Sarah Kathryn King (@skking07) who messaged me on instagram and told me about this recipe when I was newly pregnant with Millie. It is a game changer, and I must sing her praises!
Ever since I posted about this delicious appetizer back in February, I’ve been meaning to get it on the blog. It’s the perfect thing to walk over to a neighbors house when the cabin fever sinks in ?
Best part? TWO ingredients. It’s so easy! And every time I make this people rave and ask for the recipe and I tell them how very difficult it was and how I slaved over it.
You need one 8oz block of cream cheese and one jar of corn salsa.
Microwave the cream cheese 30 seconds, then dump the corn on top and stir it in. Microwave 30 more seconds and stir again.
Serve with chips and quickly become the queen of the party ?
Now I always keep the ingredients for this quick dip on hand, along with a giant bag of Tostitos from @costco. One less decision I have to make when friends are coming over!
So thankful for this fast and easy appetizer.
