These make the BEST snack/salad topper/veggie bowl addition!
YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 cans of @traderjoeslist organic chickpeas (rinsed well and patted dry)
- approx 1 tbs melted coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (more if you love salt!)
- cracked pepper to taste
TO MAKE:
- toss the chickpeas in the melted coconut oil + curry powder + smoked paprika+ sea salt + cracked pepper
- roast at 400° for approx. 25 minutes, shaking every 8-10 minutes.
