2 cans of @traderjoeslist organic chickpeas (rinsed well and patted dry)
approx 1 tbs melted coconut oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp sea salt (more if you love salt!)
cracked pepper to taste
