My basil plant is not only surviving, but THRIVING. I can’t believe it. This has never happened. I’m celebrating by using basil in everything. This Strawberry Basil Smoothie was super refreshing and fun. Next time I’m gonna add lime as well just to keep experimenting.
The strawberries were picked by me and then frozen. Goodness that makes all the difference! They are super flavorful and vibrant.

*Feel free to add banana if you like. I didn’t feel the need as the kefir really makes it wonderfully creamy.*
