Hello! The tip I am sharing with you today is a frequent mention on my instagram. It has changed the way I cook salmon and made it so easy over the years.
If you dislike the skin on salmon like we do, then this is for you. The tip is simple: bake the salmon on aluminum foil without any cooking spray. In doing this, the skin will stick to the foil and you can simply run a knife or a spatula to remove the fish you wish to eat, separated from the skin you wish you leave behind.
Wedge the spatula under the fleshy part of the salmon, just above the skin, and shimmy the salmon right off the skin. The skin stays behind easily!
The best part is the easy cleanup. Now all you have to do is throw away the foil, your pan is still clean, and your salmon is perfectly skinless. WIN-WIN!
