Hulk Smoothie

Hulk Smoothie

Morning friends! I posted this in my story yesterday but just so you have it in writing. Made this smoothie for John Robert and Nate yesterday afternoon and it was great! Super duper green, but in a fun lime green color.

ALSO, a tip! I have had some people ask me how I get my smoothies so smooth. To be honest, I think it’s my blender. However, if you do not have an awesome blender, try blending just your liquid and your greens first, then adding the rest of your ingredients. I get my frozen mango at @traderjoeslist.

THE HULK

  • 1.5 c almond milk
  • 1-2 generous handfuls kale or spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/3 frozen banana
  • 1 c frozen mango
  • 2 tbs coconut oil

All blended in the Vitamix

**Definitely free to tweak this however you see fit! Want it thicker? Less liquid. Fresh fruit? Add ice. No coconut oil? Leave it out. Tangier? Sub orange juice for almond milk. So many options! As always, BE FREE GO WILD!
