I’m a skeptic but this was a surprisingly good vitamin C boost (because ain’t nobody got time to be sick!)…also good for nausea for all the preggos out there!
BLEND
1 orange
½ cup applesauce (could also use ½ a real apple)
pinch of fresh ginger (did you know you can freeze ginger root and use as needed!?)
handful of carrots
½ banana (optional)
water and ice
