Recipe Binder Resources

You’re on your way to mastering the art of meal planning! I hope The Naptime Kitchen Guide to Meal Planning and Grocery Shopping has been helpful for you so far.

  • If you are looking for tools to set up your own recipe binder, I’ve rounded up some of the basics in my Amazon Shop.
    • I prefer a 2″ binder with a clear cover so I can customize the front. You could also have multiple binders for different food categories. Perhaps one dedicated solely to desserts, and another for main dishes/entrees.
    • I like to use page protectors and slide the recipe in that I’ve either cut out from a magazine or printed. Page protectors also help keep recipes clean and smudge-free.
    • Use binder dividers to organize your recipes by mealtime, protein, origin, etc.
  • If you are looking for recipes to fill up your binder, you can see my recipes by category here
