The strawberries were picked by me and then frozen. Goodness that makes all the difference! They are super flavorful and vibrant.
YOU WILL NEED:
- Handful frozen strawberries
- small handful frozen cauliflower
- small handful frozen zucchini
- almond milk
- plain kefir
- 2 basil leaves
*Feel free to add banana if you like. I didn’t feel the need as the kefir really makes it wonderfully creamy.
